No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services—delivering real-time, proprietary real estate data—we do not offer refunds on any subscriptions or purchases once access to the data has been granted. All sales are final.

By subscribing to Quickleads, you agree to receive immediate access to time-sensitive notifications, which are considered delivered once made available through our system.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. However, cancellation will only stop future billing cycles; no refunds will be issued for unused time within an active billing cycle. Access to services will remain available until the end of the current paid period.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund or credit if there has been a billing error or if the service was inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end. If you believe you qualify for an exception, please contact us within 7 days of the issue.
